✅ การรับประกันสินค้าจากความผิดพลาดของการผลิต อาทิ การทำงานไม่ปกติหรือการมีเสียงดังแปลกไปจากการใช้งาน

✅ การรับประกันไม่ครอบคลุมเรื่องการแตกหัก บิ่น ไหม้ จากความผิดพลาดของผู้ใช้งานหรือมีการดัดแปลง

✅ สิ่งสำคัญคือ VOID ไม่ขาด/ชำรุดหรือสูญหาย เนื่องจากจะถือเป็นการขาดประกันทันที

✅ กรณีมีสินค้าในสต๊อก ทางร้านจะรีบส่งกลับไปใน 3-5 วันทำการ

✅ กรณีจำเป็นเพื่อส่งเคลมผู้ผลิตเนื่องจากสินค้าไม่มีในสต๊อกหรือหยุดผลิต จะแจ้งรายละเอียดเรื่องระยะเวลาในการเคลมหรือการเปลี่ยนรุ่นใกล้เคียงให้ผู้ซื้อทราบเพื่อหาทางออกให้ผู้ซื้อได้ประโยชน์สูงที่สุดต่อไป
